This was my experience during the Christmas Breathe Together Sunday Session with Niraj, which I described as feeling like I had gone through the 21 Day Awakening. It was a powerful session for me and feeling very grateful and wanted to share. At the end of this blog, I included a voice memo that I had to get out towards the end of the first round….it was THAT inspiring.

I saw the Sun. The Son of God. The Universe….Jesus. I don’t know who signifies the Sun in other religions. Perhaps I’ll study Theology. Science describes the Universe as God, and the Sun is the Universes’ son, and responsible for life. Planet Earth is our mother and the Sun warmed her until life exploded. Evolution. The merge of nature and science….and religion. Humanity. We are one. We are made of the same thing that EVERYTHING around us is made of, just in different “compositions”. Without the Sun, we would not exist. Without darkness, we would not exist for long, nor would we thrive. Balance. Moderation. We are One. Every living being.

I saw the golden light. I saw my father being proud of me. Expectations have lead to stress and self doubt. I saw my inner child. Laughing, playing, hurt and scarred. I need to play more. I saw myself dancing, laughing, and swinging in the moonlight.

I saw myself thriving in my current environment. I’ve been on my way for some time. I saw avenues. I saw risks. I saw the rewards, the love, the support. I doubted. I looked for the light. I feared failure. I felt the words of encouragement. I’ve tasted success and felt the expansion. I saw myself thriving in a golden light and a sea of loving souls.

Keep looking for the light. Keep leaning on the support. Keep climbing those mountains. Keep sharing your gift. The thrive with follow.
