I AM FINANCIALLY ABUNDANT
I AM SUCCESSFUL
I AM COMPASSIONATE

I am GRATEFUL for this practice….that I battle with everytime I do it.
I have been cold plunging for a few years now and although ice is rarely involved, I still struggle with getting IN. I constantly battle myself, reminding myself that I HAVE done it, I CAN do it and I always feel better when I get my 11 minutes in. Thank you Susana Sosberg and Andrew Huberman for your shares and content on the benefits of cold plunging, both of which I’ll share below. My favorite takeaways from my own practice is a release of stress and tension, reduced inflammation, increased energy and reduced aches and pains, a spike in dopamine…….and a mental toughness that continues to grow with each plunge. Have you tried it? If not, I challenge you to give it a go….and PLEASE, share your experience!
Namaste, Cindy
